The KidFit class is open to children ages 5-12. The one hour class focuses on age appropriate fitness exercises that develop strength, conditioning, bilateral coordination, balance and agility. Our goal is to teach skills that transfer to the sports field as well as the playground. Each class includes a warm up, skill, workout and game. The KidFit class promotes fitness in a fun and safe environment for children of all abilities.
