Adam Quick

  • Co-Owner

  • Red Wolf Head Coach

Prior to starting Crossfit in August of 2010, Adam always had and still has a passion for the outdoors and staying healthy. In 2010 Adam discovered CrossFit. His first experience was a WOD that consisted of box jumps and thrusters. It was different from anything he had done before. It crushed him, Adam could not function for 20 minuets after it was over. After he thought man that was loud, hot and there is going to be something like this everyday, and was immediately hooked.

Adam is truly inspired by those who refuse to quit.

Tanya INgardia

  • CrossFit Coach

  • Red Wolf KidFit Coach

Tanya was a student and busy mom of 3 boys and realized she had limited time to exercise. Her former training regimen as an Ironman triathlete and marathon runner was no longer an option due to her busy schedule. After watching a friend find success through CrossFit, she decided to attend her first class. Weeks later she participated in her first Barbells for Boobs Fundraising event. She experienced the support of the CrossFit community and met several inspiring coaches and athletes. As a former therapist Tanya believes that coaching CrossFit helps reach individuals of all levels and dramatically improves their daily lives. She continues to compete as a masters athlete, coach kids and adults as well as work in special education at Los Alamitos High School.

Caitlin Banwart

  • CrossFit Coach

After playing volleyball competitively at San Jose State, Caitlin needed to find a new way to workout and stay in shape.  The boredom of the 'global gym' lifestyle was just not cutting it. There was no motivation, competition or community aspect, and that's when she found CrossFit in 2012.  Caitlin loves that CrossFit constantly pushes your boundaries and allows you to do things you never imagined yourself doing. Caitlin got her CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2017 and dedicates most of her time to training and inspiring others to actively change their lifestyle.

Taylor Roberts

  • CrossFit Coach

After trying out a few Boot Camps and Zumba classes Taylor decided she wanted something that would challenge her. She found CrossFit in 2014 and it was exactly what she was looking for and from then on health and fitness became a priority in her life. A year into CrossFit Taylor decided she wanted to take on the role of helping others meet their fitness goals and she completed her CrossFit level 1 and she’s been coaching ever since. Her favorite part about coaching is watching someone reach a goal they never thought they would attain, whether it be mastering a new movement, hitting a personal record, or reaching a weight-loss goal. She enjoys watching others succeed and loves that she can be a part of the process.
